The firm currently has 16 fully qualified advocates and solicitors, qualified to practise law in West Malaysia of which 9 are partners and the remainder, legal assistants. In addition to that, the legal staff of the firm is supplemented by chambering students whose numbers vary from time to time. The firm also has a clerical and general workforce of approximately 38 persons.

Ms. Karin Lim Ai Ching
Senior Partner and Head of Litigaton Department, Managing Partner

She has been a partner of Presgrave & Matthews since 1 September 1991. She specialises in general Civil Corporate and Employment Litigation. Further, she practises in building and construction arbitration.

She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 2 January 1987 and has been in practice with the firm since then. She has also been admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in the State of Victoria, Australia. She has a Bachelor-of-Laws degree from the Australian National University in Canberra, Australia.

Mr. Peter Moey Boon On
Head of Corporate, Commercial, Banking and Conveyancing Department

He has been a partner of Presgrave & Matthews since 1 January 1996. He specialises in Personal and Corporate Banking and Property Conveyancing.

He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 5 October 1991 and has been in practice with the firm since then. He has also been admitted to the Bar of England and Wales as a Barrister-at-Law of Lincoln's Inn. He has a Bachelor-of-Laws degree from the University of London.
