The firm currently has 16 fully qualified advocates and solicitors, qualified to practise law in West Malaysia of which 9 are partners and the remainder, legal assistants. In addition to that, the legal staff of the firm is supplemented by chambering students whose numbers vary from time to time. The firm also has a clerical and general workforce of approximately 38 persons.

Ms. Lee Jean Khin
Managing Partner; Senior Partner and Head of Corporate, Commercial, Banking and Conveyancing Practice

She has been a partner of Presgrave & Matthews since 1 July 1973.

She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 9 October 1964 and has been in practice with the firm since then. She has also been admitted to the Bar of England and Wales as a Barrister-at-Law of the Middle Temple and has also been admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.

Ms. Karin Lim Ai Ching
Head of Litigation Practice

She has been a partner of Presgrave & Matthews since 1 September 1991.

She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 2 January 1987 and has been in practice with the firm since then. She has also been admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in the State of Victoria, Australia. She has a Bachelor-of-Laws degree from the Australian National University in Canberra, Australia.
