University in Canberra, Australia. She has been a partner of Presgrave & Matthews
since 1 September 1991
Her key areas of practice are in planning appeals and litigation, land law disputes
and litigation, corporate and commercial litigation, advising on wills and probate
disputes and litigation, banking litigation and general litigation. She also appears
in Appellate Courts.
He has been a partner of Presgrave & Matthews since 1 January 1996. He specialises
in Personal and Corporate Banking and Property Conveyancing.
He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 5 October
1991 and has been in practice with the firm since then. He has also been admitted
to the Bar of England and Wales as a Barrister-at-Law of Lincoln’s Inn. He has a
Bachelor-of-Laws degree from the University of London.
He has been a partner of Presgrave & Matthews since 1 January 1996. He specialises
in Civil Litigation.
He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 2 May
1992 and has been in practice with the firm since then. He has a Bachelor-of-Laws
degree from the University of Malaya.
He became a partner of Presgrave & Matthews on 1 January 1997.
He was a legal assistant of the firm in 1993 before rejoining the firm on 12 May
1995. He specialises in Civil and Corporate Litigation.
He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 1 September
1990 and was in practice with Karpal Singh & Co. before joining the firm in 1993.
He left the firm to be in private practice with his wife under the name of Mala
& Suppiah before rejoining the firm in May 1995. He has also been admitted to the
Bar of England and Wales as a Barrister-at-Law of Lincoln’s Inn. He has a Bachelor-of-Laws

and Property Conveyancing.
She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 4 November
1995 and has been in practice with the firm since then. She has a Bachelor-of-Laws
degree from the University of London.
He became a partner of Presgrave & Matthews on 1 January 2002 and prior to that
he has been a legal assistant in the firm since 3 March 1996. He specialises in
Civil Litigation.
He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 3 March
1996. He has a Bachelor-of-Laws degree from the University of Malaya.
He has been practicing as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya
since 1996. He graduated with a Bachelor-of-Laws degree and a Bachelor of Commerce
degree (Accounting and Finance) from the University of Melbourne in Australia. He
became a partner of Presgrave & Matthews on 1 January 2002.
His key areas of practice are in construction litigation and arbitration, advising
and drafting construction and consultancy agreements for construction and infrastructure
projects, advising on construction claims, corporate litigation involving shareholders
disputes and corporate insolvency, commercial disputes and litigation and tax appeals.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK and an arbitrator on
the panel of Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration.
She became a partner of Presgrave & Matthews on 1 January 2002 and prior to that
she has been a legal assistant in the firm since 5 February 1997. She specialises
in Banking, Property Conveyancing and Intellectual Property. She is also a Trade
Mark and Industrial Design agent of Presgrave & Matthews.
She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 5 February
1997. She has a Bachelor-of-Laws degree from the Queensland University of Technology
in Australia.
